AC went out on Friday ( in July). Oasis came and out and had it replaced on Monday. They were kind enough to let us use an available temporary unit for the weekend. Can’t say enough about their excellent customer service. Price was extremely reasonable compared to other local AC companies. They will be our go to company from now on. All businesses should run like this one!

My AC was out for nearly 2 months this Summer and no other AC company would even call me back and get us a quote. Oasis was the only company that did and they did so quickly with very reasonable pricing. The owner himself talked with me to get us what we needed in timely manner, even with their booked-up schedule. His crew was also very professional as well. If it weren't for the fact that I had a new outside unit and new coil inside, I wouldn't have even known they were there. Great owner, great crew, great company! I couldn't recommend any other AC company over Oasis. 5 stars!

I can not say nothing negative about this company. Every service call I have made to them has been nothing but professionalism. Karen and Melissa has been nothing but soooo helpful and nice. Every technician that has been to my home has also been so helpful and hard workers. I will forever use this company for all my heating and air services. Mind you, my mobile home has on old unit inside and they did everything to get it fixed. Even they could not get the part, they would still get my business. I love a company that loves serving people with the upmost respect and dignity. Hassle free business to deal with. Needed a new system due to the old one failing. Recieved quote for the new unit within 24 hours. Owner was very responsive throughout process. He advised us the date and time the new unit was to be installed. The guys showed up and were very polite and professional! We were very impressed with the install and they did a great job with clean up. They even vacuumed our carpet!! As far as price this was by far the best deal that we were able to come across! There coming back again next week for general maintenance on our other unit. We will not hesitate to recommend and continue to use there service!

Eric and his team are very professional. Our AC system went out on a Thursday afternoon and they were able to get our unit swapped out the very next day. Very thankful for there quick response time. Wow where do I start. Eric and his wife first off are 2 very amazing people. Eric has always gone above and beyond for my family. His wife is so uplifting. She is just such a beautiful person inside and out. Love them like family. Eric and his wife give me hope that there are still good people out there. Thanks for all you have done. First class service and equipment. Very responsive, quote for work and equipment next day. I gave approval in the afternoon and job was completely done the following day! I had continuous failures and problems with HVAC system (Trane) in my three year old new home. Oasis replaced entire system. Installation was done to aircraft repair standards. Impressed and very pleased with new equipment and especially the quality of workmanship. Not the lowest bidder, but by far the best work compared to two other local contractors. They cleaned up afterward, to my wife's tough standards.
